BEST BEEF STEW.

I’m not saying that out parents lied to us but maaaaan…did they constrict our diet! Most of us have been led to believe there is only one or two ways to prepare beef stew but that is so far from the truth. I am going to share a different way of preparing the best beef you have ever tasted…at least in your house hehehe :-). Thank me later.

Ingredients.
– 1kg chopped beef
– 10 cloves garlic
– 2 large onions
– 1/4 cup vinegar
– 1/4 cup light soy sauce
– teaspoon black pepper
– teaspoon red ground chilli
– teaspoon coriander powder
– dhania.
Procedure.
– add about 4-5 tablespoons oil to a sufuria and heat it then add all the minced garlic. Let it cook for 30 seconds (not to brown) then add the meat (not boiled). Mix the meat and the garlic until it’s well coated…
